The MOAHPERD fall convention presents an opportunity to meet and share your products with 1000 interested and excited health educators, physical educators, fitness/wellness specialists, and coaches in the state of Missouri. Our conference participants include preschool through graduate school teachers and administrators from both the public and private sectors.

The MOAHPERD Fall Conference offers several ways for you to exhibit your products and interact with conference attendees. Out attendees continually ask for exhibitors that sell physical education equipment. Please consider us when scheduling your exhibits for the year. Our choices for you are:

Attending Exhibitor for November 14 and 15 – 8ft. draped table - $150.00 (Additional Space: $50.00/table)

Non-Attending Exhibitor Options:

Door Prize Donation valued at $25.00 - $100.00 and exhibited with pertinent exhibitor information
1000 flyers for attendee packets that we will put together - $50.00
Table Top Displays only – 1/2 draped table - $25.00

Institutional Membership (colleges, universities, and school districts) – no cost for 8ft. draped table and electricity. (This is included in the $200.00 annual membership fee)
